The Gombawa Youth Congress has pledged its support for the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Gombe State ahead of the 2027 general elections.
Chairman of the group, Sadiq Legacy, made the commitment during an event organised by the association in Gombe, saying the organisation would work towards the success of the APC while promoting initiatives aimed at improving the welfare of youths and vulnerable members of society.
He said the group remained committed to supporting programmes that would improve the lives of residents and strengthen community development.
The Gombe State Commissioner for Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Aishatu MB Ahmad, commended the youth organisation for its activities and urged residents to continue supporting the administration of Governor Muhammadu Inuwa Yahaya and the APC ahead of the 2027 elections.
Other dignitaries at the event also commended the group’s planned empowerment initiatives, which they said would contribute to improving the welfare of members of the community.
