A court has ordered the final forfeiture of jewellery and exotic vehicles valued at N4.6 billion, allegedly linked to Achimugu.
The ruling followed the conclusion of legal proceedings, with the court granting the application for permanent forfeiture after finding sufficient grounds to establish that the assets were proceeds of unlawful activities.
The forfeited items, which include high-value jewellery and luxury cars, are to be handed over to the appropriate authorities in line with existing regulations.
The decision underscores ongoing efforts by law enforcement agencies to recover illicit assets and strengthen the fight against corruption and financial crimes.
