A court has ordered the final forfeiture of 48 assets allegedly linked to former Attorney-General of the Federation, Abubakar Malami.
The ruling followed the determination of forfeiture proceedings, with the court granting the request after finding sufficient grounds to conclude that the assets were connected to unlawful activities.
The affected properties are to be permanently seized and handed over to the appropriate authorities in accordance with the law.
The decision marks a significant step in ongoing efforts to recover illicit assets and reinforce accountability in the fight against corruption.
