Stakeholders have stressed that for social intervention programmes to achieve meaningful impact, the Federal Government must tackle key challenges such as poor implementation, inadequate power supply and persistent insecurity.
They noted that while various initiatives have been introduced to support citizens, their effectiveness continues to be undermined by systemic issues that hinder proper execution and delivery.
According to them, strengthening implementation frameworks, improving electricity supply and addressing security concerns are critical to ensuring that such programmes reach intended beneficiaries and deliver sustainable results.
They further urged authorities to adopt a more coordinated and transparent approach, emphasising that without addressing these foundational challenges, social interventions may fall short of their objectives.
