The Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) has inducted 85 foreign-trained pharmacists into the profession.
The council said the induction followed the successful completion of all required assessments and regulatory procedures, confirming the candidates’ eligibility to practise in Nigeria.
PCN reiterated its commitment to maintaining high professional standards, noting that all foreign-trained pharmacists must meet strict guidelines to ensure competence and alignment with global best practices.
The newly inducted pharmacists were urged to uphold ethical standards, prioritise patient safety and contribute meaningfully to strengthening Nigeria’s healthcare system.
