President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has congratulated former Katsina State Governor Ibrahim Shehu Shema on his 69th birthday, describing him as a visionary leader who contributed significantly to the development of the state.

In a congratulatory message issued by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga, Tinubu joined Shema’s family, friends and associates in celebrating the former governor.
The President commended Shema’s contributions to nation-building and his efforts to improve infrastructure and other sectors during his tenure as governor.
Tinubu specifically highlighted projects attributed to Shema’s administration, including rural roads, schools, business institutes, clinics and a specialist hospital.
