Talstack, a people management platform designed for HR and People teams, has been selected as the learning platform partner for the iDICE Startup Bridge Founders Lab—a 12-week structured entrepreneurship programme supporting 185 early-stage Nigerian founders.
The inaugural cohort began in May 2026, targeting founders at the idea, prototype, or early MVP stages who are building digital or technology-enabled businesses across all 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
In a related update, Talstack highlighted how its in-house expertise in course development contributed to the design and structuring of the programme’s curriculum. The platform will also power the delivery of the training, ensuring a seamless and structured learning experience for participants.
Founders who meet key milestones and demonstrate strong progress throughout the programme will be eligible to access grant funding of up to ₦10 million.
Commenting on the initiative, Talstack Founder and CEO, Seni Sulyman, said the platform is committed to enabling individuals to acquire the knowledge, skills, and feedback necessary to create exceptional value.
“What makes this programme particularly exciting is the involvement of experienced operators and entrepreneurs mentoring cohorts of founders from across Nigeria,” he said. “This level of knowledge transfer in entrepreneurship is rare, and we are proud to help make it more accessible.”
The iDICE Startup Bridge is a comprehensive entrepreneurship and growth programme designed to help Nigerian founders realise their full potential. It operates under the Investment in Digital and Creative Enterprises (iDICE) Initiative, implemented by the Federal Government of Nigeria through the Bank of Industry, with funding support from the African Development Bank, Agence Française de Développement, and the Islamic Development Bank.
