The Kwara State APC governorship candidate, Danladi-Salihu, has pledged to prioritise environmental sustainability and responsible development if elected governor.
Danladi-Salihu said his administration would pursue policies aimed at improving environmental management, sanitation and the overall quality of life across the state.
He stressed the importance of balancing economic growth with environmental protection, particularly as urbanisation and development continue to expand.
The candidate also promised to support initiatives that promote cleaner communities, responsible waste management and sustainable use of natural resources.
He called on residents and stakeholders to support collective efforts to protect the environment, describing environmental sustainability as essential to the state’s long-term development.
Danladi-Salihu said his vision was to build a cleaner, healthier and more resilient Kwara through effective policies and responsible governance.
