The West Africa Business and Management Academy (WABMA) has graduated its first in-person international cohort from Liberia, marking a significant milestone in its efforts to expand professional education and capacity development across West Africa.
The graduation brought together participants who completed their training through WABMA’s professional development programmes, strengthening the academy’s growing regional presence.
The institution said the milestone reflects its commitment to providing practical and internationally relevant business and management education to professionals beyond Nigeria.
The Liberian cohort was equipped with knowledge and skills designed to enhance leadership, management and workplace effectiveness.
WABMA noted that expanding access to quality professional education across West Africa would contribute to stronger institutions, improved productivity and regional economic development.
The academy expressed optimism that the graduates would apply the knowledge gained to their organisations and communities, while serving as ambassadors of the institution in Liberia.
The graduation also underscores the growing demand for professional training programmes capable of preparing African professionals to navigate an increasingly competitive business environment.
